Program Policies & Terms

Payment Terms

Individual lessons are $95 each, paid at time of service. Save with our package deals: 3 classes ($270), 4 classes ($340), or 5 classes ($415) — packages require full payment upfront. We do not offer installment plans.

Package Terms

Packages expire 3 months from purchase date. Lessons must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance — late cancellations or no-shows count as a used lesson. Packages are non-refundable but transferable to another person (friend, family member, etc.) with a $25 transfer fee. Transfers must be completed within the original expiration period.

Documentation Requirements

Valid learner's permit is mandatory before beginning instruction. Adult students must bring state-issued ID or passport and current learner's permit to each lesson. Instruction cannot proceed without proper documentation.

Lesson Procedures

All lessons begin and end at our facility. Adult students must arrive punctually at scheduled times. Our school will contact students one day before each lesson for confirmation. Non-response may result in lesson cancellation and rescheduling.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Students must confirm attendance when contacted one day prior to lessons. Advance notice is required for rescheduling. No-shows or unconfirmed lessons result in full lesson fee forfeiture and may affect future scheduling eligibility.
